Wellbeing in the Woods

At this time of year the woods are lush and green, full of bird song and bustling with animal and insect life. We have felt really privileged to be working in our space but we have missed having other humans around and are very excited to be running our first Wellbeing in the Woods session.

So this is an invite to come and spend the day in the woods with our team. There will be myriad of things to get involved in from site restoration, wood chopping and shelter building to whittling by the fire, lying on the floor or in a hammock, gazing at the trees, conversation, drinking tea and anything that fills your heart with a sense of wellbeing and connection. No expectations!!

We will endeavour to create an environment where people can socially distance themselves if they wish to and you are welcome to wear a mask although it will not be mandatory and our team will not be doing so. We will provide hot water for handwashing and suggest that everyone brings their own cup and any food and eating utensils. There is a toilet onsite.

We feel very blessed that working and being outside is a proven remedy for strengthening the immune system and calming the mind and are very much looking forward to sharing this tonic with you.

Online booking is essential. The sessions are free but any cash donations on the day are welcomed. Pay what you can afford.  Suitable for all ages.  These events will run on one Sunday of every month, from 11-3pm.

All of our team hold up to date outdoor first aid qualifications and are DBS checked.

Festivals, Fairs, Weddings & One-offs...

We have worked and played at all sorts of events, including our Forage, Fire & Feast workshops at the Unearthed Festival in St Davids, Family Bushcraft sessions at Fforest Gather and Bow & Arrow Making and Primitive Fire Lighting at Cilgerran Castle.

Please get in touch if you would like to discuss bringing some woodland magic to your event!

Private Holiday Venues

We have been running weekly family woodland sessions at Clydey Cottages Pembrokeshire for 4 years, running from March through to November.  If you run a holiday venue, such as a campsite, caravan park or cottages and would like to chat about having us providing activities for any age group, from mud-kitchens to mindfulness (and anything in between), then please get in touch!
