Wellbeing in the Woods
Come and spend the day in the woods! There will be myriad of things to get involved with, from wood chopping to shelter building, whittling by the fire, lying on the floor or in a hammock, gazing at the trees, conversation, drinking tea, games, crafts and anything that fills your heart with a sense of wellbeing and connection. No expectations!!
We feel very blessed that working and being outside is a proven remedy for strengthening the immune system and calming the mind and are very much looking forward to sharing this tonic with you.
Online booking is essential because parking is limited. If you cannot afford to book a car parking space, please email us and we will get back to you.
Suitable for all ages. These events run from 11-3pm.
All of our team hold up to date outdoor first aid qualifications and are DBS checked. There is a toilet onsite.
Festivals, Fairs, Weddings & One-offs...
We have worked and played at all sorts of events, including our Forage, Fire & Feast workshops at the Unearthed Festival in St Davids, Family Bushcraft sessions at Fforest Gather and Bow & Arrow Making and Primitive Fire Lighting at Cilgerran Castle.
Please get in touch if you would like to discuss bringing some woodland magic to your event!
Private Holiday Venues
We have been running weekly family woodland sessions at Clydey Cottages Pembrokeshire for 6 years, running from March through to November. If you run a holiday venue, such as a campsite, caravan park or cottages and would like to chat about having us providing activities for any age group, from mud-kitchens to mindfulness (and anything in between), then please get in touch!
